Loved the view from our 44th floor room. Very clean and tidy. Only complaint was the beds are not comfortable at all. Woke up sore. Staff was friendly and helpful even with the very large party going on. Finding the entrance to the correct parking garage was rough but thats just Seattle traffic. Overall we had a great stay. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here at the Westin.

Awesome location and view (high floors). 2 down sides 1. Receiving packages has significant cost (very unusual) 2. The relish restaraunt service is improvement required. Another issue is cost, they charge for espresso 7$

Stayed here on NYE, and it is perfectly situated near the event venue we were attending that evening--also near a number of decent restaurants. A large and generally well-appointed facility, it essentially occupies an entire block. Check-in was painless, there was never a wait for the elevators, and our room on the 37th floor was large and had a great view. Bonvoy elite members also get a free grande coffee at the Starbucks within the lobby, which is nice after an evening of revelry.

I was very impressed with the concierge at check-in: Gabby. I was there for the Seattle Marathon and needed a later check out because I am slow. It was my 80th 1/2 and while I love to run, I am also slower pace. All I wanted was a hot shower afterwards. Her kindness and thoughtfulness makes Gabby a memorable awesome advocate for this hotel. I also loved how comfy the beds and pillows are. Thank you !

I was a guest here a couple of weeks ago for a conference; I was there for a week. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is attentive. I had a weird experience of returning to my room to find that the shower gel that had been mounted to the shower wall had been removed. I had already been there for 5 days and wasn't checking out until the following Monday. The food at Relish is very good. I had the Waygu Smash Burger (Twice). 5⭐. This hotel is very close to the Seattle Convention Center and the Pike Place Market, which I highly recommend. The most problematic issue was the elevators in the North Tower. Each tower has 4 elevators. By Wednesday, only 2 of 4 elevators in the North Towers were working, and it took 15 to 40 minutes for the 2 working elevators to circle back to my floor, with enough room for the rest of us to enter. Even by Sunday, when most of our nearly 900 delegates had checked out, the elevators were still slow.

Fantastic Hotel! I have stayed here numerous times and always feel very welcomed and love the staff. Always super friendly. I must give a shout out this time to Skylar Strawn, who is in guest billing. She answered all my questions and even offered to send itemized checks for my entire portfolio...That is above and beyond for me as normally hotels accounting teams have a voicemail that NEVER gets answered and resulting in multiple call backs for final bills.

I recently attended a fundraiser gala at the Westin Seattle, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The event space was elegant, beautifully set up, and had a warm, welcoming ambience that made the evening feel truly special. The lighting, decor, and overall atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a memorable night. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, flavorful, and served with excellent timing and attention to detail. Every course was delicious, from the appetizers to the main entree and dessert. The service team was attentive and professional throughout the evening, always ensuring that guests had everything they needed without being intrusive. The Westin’s central location also made it very convenient for guests coming from different parts of the city, with easy access to parking and nearby attractions. The staff at the hotel were courteous, helpful, and clearly take pride in maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Westin Seattle for both special events and stays. Whether you are attending a gala, conference, or weekend getaway, this hotel delivers a wonderful combination of comfort, quality, and impeccable service.

Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown Seattle, with easy walking access to the Westlake shopping center, Pike Place Market and the Sphere. In less than 10-15 minutes, you can get to the waterfront as well. We just had a birthday celebration, and the front desk receptionist graciously upgraded us to a room with better amenities. We will remember the hospitality and revisit it in the future.
